Boost Mobile Activate SIM : Activate Boost Pre-Paid and Mobile SIM Online

To activate your Boost Mobile SIM card in Australia, Go to https://boost.com.au/activate. Input your SIM serial number and select whether you want to keep your existing number or get a new one.

How to Activate Your Boost Mobile SIM

  1. Prepare Required Information:

    • SIM Serial Number: Located on the back of your SIM pack.

    • Valid ID: Australian driver’s license, learner’s permit, Medicare card, Australian passport, or international passport with a valid Australian visa.

  2. Visit the Activation Page:

  3. Enter SIM Details:

    • Input your SIM serial number and select whether you want to keep your existing number or get a new one.

  4. Provide Personal Information:

    • Enter your ID details, contact information, and address.

  5. Select a Plan:

    • Choose your desired Boost plan and recharge amount.

  6. Review and Activate:

    • Confirm all details and click ‘Activate’.

Activation Timeline

  • Standard Activation: Most activations are completed within 4 hours.

  • Number Porting: If transferring your existing number, activation may take 4 to 24 hours. Requests made outside business hours will be processed on the next business day.

Confirming Activation

  • Insert the Boost SIM: Place the Boost SIM into your phone.

  • Restart Your Device: Turn your phone off and on again.

  • Check for Signal: If you see ‘Boost’ next to your signal bars, your service is active.

Will all my phone features and services work when I bring my phone?

  • Please enter your Device ID to check if your phone is compatible or visit a Boost Mobile store.
  • Features and network experience may vary based on device and/or original phone carrier.
  • Not all plan services or device features may be available including International Roaming, Mobile Hotspot, MMS (multi-media text messages), some browsers, some Boost Mobile products, or eCare (native account management applications).
  • For Apple phones domestic roaming may not be available.
