ALDImobile Activate : Activate your ALDImobile SIM Card

To activate ALDImobile SIM Card, you'll need your Starter Pack and you may also need your ID. Go to the official activation portal: https://my.aldimobile.com.au/activate. Input the activation code found in your starter pack.

How to Activate Your ALDImobile SIM Card

  1. Visit the Activation Page
    Go to the official activation portal: https://my.aldimobile.com.au/activate

  2. Select Activation Type
    Choose the appropriate option:

    • New customer with a new SIM

    • Existing customer (e.g., adding a new SIM or transferring services)

  3. Enter Activation Code
    Input the activation code found in your starter pack.

  4. Provide Personal Details
    Enter your personal information as prompted.

  5. Verify Your Identity
    Upload a valid form of identification:

    • Driver's License

    • Medicare Card

    • Passport

  6. Choose a Plan
    Select the prepaid plan that suits your needs.

  7. Confirm and Activate
    Review your details and submit the activation request.

Activation typically takes up to 1 hour but may extend to 4 hours in some cases. If you're transferring from another provider, the process can take 24 to 48 hours, depending on the porting hours.

If you prefer to activate your SIM over the phone:

  • Call ALDImobile Customer Service: 1300 989 000 (within Australia)

  • International Customers: +61 3 9223 5590

Customer service is available Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM (AEDT).


After Activation

  • Manage Your Account: Log in to My ALDImobile to check balances, recharge, and manage your plan.

  • Mobile App: Download the ALDImobile app for Android or iOS to manage your account on the go.


Troubleshooting:

  • SIM Not Working? If you experience any issues with your SIM card or activation, try restarting your phone, or double-check the SIM card installation.
  • Contact Support: For further issues, contact Aldi Mobile Customer Support at 1300 989 000 or visit their support page on the website.

To get started on your Mobile, Data or Family Plan Starter Pack activation:

  • Select “I have a voucher” in step 4 (the Recharge Option dropdown) and enter the voucher code received with your Starter Pack.




For $5 PAYG Starter Pack activation

Select “Pay with credit card or PayPal” and choose to add more PAYG credit or a plan to your service.

How long does it take?

It can take up to 2 business days to complete, although most ports are completed on the same day, often within a few hours

If you activate on a weekend, the transfer may take longer than usual because of porting hours

On the day your number is due to be transferred, your old SIM card from your previous provider will stop working.
