To activate your Fifth Third Bank debit or credit card, Navigate to the official activation portal: 53.com/activate. Once logged in, follow the prompts to activate your card.
Visit the Activation Page: Navigate to the official activation portal: 53.com/activate.
Log In to Online Banking:
Existing Users: Enter your User ID and Password.
First-Time Users:
User ID: Use your new Fifth Third debit or credit card number.
Password: Enter your card's PIN (Personal Identification Number).
You'll be prompted to create a unique password for future online banking access.
Follow On-Screen Instructions: Once logged in, follow the prompts to activate your card.
Download the Fifth Third Mobile App:
Log In or Enroll:
Existing Users: Enter your credentials to log in.
New Users: Use your card number and PIN to enroll.
Activate Your Card:
Navigate to Manage Cards and select Activate Card.
Follow the prompts to complete activation.
Call 800-621-2554 and follow the automated prompts to activate your card.
Sign Your Card: Remember to sign the back of your card in ink; it's not valid until signed.
Manage Your Account: After activation, you can log in to 53.com or use the mobile app to:
Check your balance
View transaction history
Set up alerts for account activity
Pay bills online
Locate ATMs and branches
