The official CRCS Sahara Refund Portal is accessible at https://mocrefund.crcs.gov.in/depositor. This platform facilitates refund claims for depositors of the following four Sahara Group cooperative societies:
Sahara Credit Cooperative Society Ltd.
Saharayan Universal Multipurpose Society Ltd.
Humara India Credit Cooperative Society Ltd.
To be eligible for a refund, depositors must have made deposits before the following dates:
March 22, 2022 for:
Sahara Credit Cooperative Society Ltd.
Saharayan Universal Multipurpose Society Ltd.
Humara India Credit Cooperative Society Ltd
March 29, 2023 for:
Stars Multipurpose Cooperative Society Ltd
Ensure you have the following documents ready before initiating the claim process:
Membership Number
Deposit Account Number
Aadhaar-linked Mobile Number
Deposit Certificates or Passbook
PAN Card (mandatory if the claim amount is ₹50,000 or more)
Registration: Visit the CRCS Sahara Refund Portal and register using your Membership Number, the last 4 digits of your Aadhaar Number, and your Aadhaar-linked Mobile Number.
Login: After registration, log in with the last 4 digits of your Aadhaar Number and your Aadhaar-linked Mobile Number.
OTP Verification: An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter it to proceed.
Consent and Details: Provide your consent for Aadhaar authentication and fill in your personal details.
Claim Submission: Enter details from your Certificate of Deposit and submit your claim.
Document Upload: Upload the signed claim form along with your PAN card (if applicable).
Acknowledgment: After submission, note down the claim request number for future reference.
Once your claim is successfully submitted and verified, the refund amount will be credited to your Aadhaar-seeded bank account within 45 days.
